Day 1 — Telupid → Deramakot
14:00 Meet-up for the adventure at the restaurant opposite Telupid bus station (about 150m away) and gather with the guide.
You will travel along jungle roads into the Deramakot Forest Reserve. The journey takes about 4–5 hours, officially beginning your wilderness adventure.
Accommodation: Check into simple twin-share rooms with basic private bathrooms (you may choose standard rooms for 2 people or larger rooms). Afterwards, enjoy dinner at the lodge.
19:00–22:00 — 3-hour Night Safari
Search for clouded leopards, civets, leopard cats, tarsiers, and other nocturnal animals. Overnight stay in Deramakot.
Day 2 — Wildlife Safari in Deramakot
07:00 Breakfast at the lodge.
07:30–10:30 — 3-hour Morning Safari
Target wildlife sightings: red leaf monkeys, long-tailed macaques, hornbills, etc.
12:00 Lunch break and free time.
16:00–18:00 — 2-hour Afternoon Safari
Focus on birds, primates, ungulates, and other wildlife living on the forest floor.
19:00–22:00 — 3-hour Night Safari
Look for clouded leopards, civets, leopard cats, tarsiers, and other nocturnal animals.
Dinner timing may be adjusted depending on wildlife sightings, either before or after the safari.
Day 3 — Leave Deramakot
05:00 Early check-out preparation.
Travel back to Telupid. Along the way, enjoy the transition from darkness to dawn in the jungle. If wildlife is spotted, the driver will stop for observation.
09:30–10:00 Arrive in Telupid, stop for breakfast, then transfer to the Telupid bus station so you can continue to your next destination.
