Entry to dive or visit Sipadan Island requires a permit issued by Sabah Parks. These permits are limited in number to conserve the island's delicate ecosystem.

• Permits are not guaranteed and are subject to approval and availability.

• Allocation often depends on the length of your stay at the resort (longer stays typically have a higher chance).
